“Chris managed to get us slotted in December for a bath installation and fixing the floor. Our bathroom was leaking a lot prior and had leaked through the floor and through the kitchen ceiling, so this job really needed doing and there was no better company than this one to complete it. Rob and Jay were amazing and within a couple of weeks fixed the damaged joists, installed the bath and plastered the kitchen ceiling. The total price of the bathroom was very reasonable and affordable and Chris was very transparent about the whole process. It's been a couple of weeks since completion and there are no leaks and I couldn't be more grateful to Chris and his team. I would 1000% recommend UK Bathroom Guru.”

“From start to finish the design, ordering and installation process with Rob/Jess and Studio 35 has been exemplary. Nothing was ever too much trouble; the sole focus was always to get the right result and end product for us. If that meant more designs being produced, a different handle being sourced, variations on white goods etc it was never too much trouble. We were given a detailed 6 week install timeline which was followed pretty much to the letter, despite our 150 year old house throwing up some challenges along the way resulting in extra work here and there. The communication and speed of response is another major positive – any questions/queries are responded to very efficiently and thoroughly – we got to decide on every detail and every decision point during design and install, equally if we weren’t sure advice was offered at each point – critically again though based on what would be the best outcome not what was the easiest option. Clearly we are very happy with our kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Studio 35, Rob, Jess and the team – or to be more accurate we wouldn’t consider looking anywhere else”

“We had previously tried (unsuccessfully) to sell our house to gain a 5th bedroom and more downstairs space for a growing family. Carl came on board and offered us various solutions at the drawing stage. We ended up extending our house in all directions!! We went above our single storey double garage to create a 5th bedroom, above our single storey lounge to create a master suite, a full extensions across the back of the house to create a kitchen with dining and snug area with log burner and a separate snug for our girls. Plus our lounge doubled in size. It was very chaotic but that's what you expect when you renovate. Carl's drawings were spot on as was his attention to detail and the planning process went very smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble. I was on site everyday managing the build with our builder but Carl was always available for consultation at anytime if he was needed. Our builder dealt directly with us on budgets and deadlines (as our family business is in the building trade) but we were very happy with the service Carl offered and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.”
